Chapter Organization

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of AHRMM, Inc. is a Delaware corporation recognized as a tax exempt 501(c)(6) entity by the Internal Revenue Service.

The Board of Directors is the governing body for the Chapter. The Board consists of ten directors (five representing healthcare institutions and five representing vendors), and four officers (all representing healthcare institutions). All positions are elected per the By-Laws of the Chapter.
