Terms and Conditions

  1. Anyone may be nominated for a position so long as they meet the membership requirements outlined in the By-Laws for that position. Self nominations are acceptable.

  2. No nominee's name will be placed on the ballot until such time as their membership and any other financial obligations to the Organization are paid in full.

  3. Nominees will be contacted by the election coordinator to confirm that they accept the nomination. The nominator's name will be disclosed to the nominee at that time.
